Shipping Overview

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Carriers: USPS & UPS (tracked on all orders).
  • Delivery estimates (U.S.): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping rates: $5 flat; FREE over $75.
  • Order cutoff: 12:00 PM ET for same-day processing.

Heads-up: Limited Drop releases can experience a short processing delay due to high order volume.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to update your address or cancel? Reach out within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in progress.

Returns

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.
  • Non-returnable: Limited/serialized drops, final sale items, gift cards, digital downloads.
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible unless an item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Quickest way to exchange: place a new order for the item you want, then start a return on the original item. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your packing slip. We’ll make it right.

Lost Packages

If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days (U.S.), let us know. We’ll help file a claim and explore replacement or refund options.
